The Yaesu FT-450 is a compact all mode HF/6m transceiver with IF-level Digital Signal Processing. The radio has a large LCD display, and features contour filtering, manual notch filter, digital noise reduction, digital mic eq, IF shift, 10 kHz roofing filter, built-in 1 PPM TCXO, large easy-to-read digital S-meter with peak and hold, built-in computer control interface (DB-9), electronic CW keyer, dedicated data jack, two voice keyer memories (each hold 10 seconds), digital voice recorder (holds up to 20 seconds), voice synthesizer, 500 memory channels, multiple scan modes, and more. Supplied with a hand mic and a fused DC power cord. The FT-450AT is identical to the FT-450, except it comes with the ATU-450 automatic antenna tuner factory installed.
9 x 3.3 x 8.5 inches 7.9 lbs. The FT-450 comes with MH-67A8J hand mic, mic clip and DC power cord. It requires 13.8 VDC at 22 amps. There is an optional, internally mounted ATU-450 automatic tuner available.
