The Yaesu FT-950 is an all mode HF/6m transceiver with built-in multifunction 32-bit floating point digital signal processor (which offers adjustable IF width, IF shift, notch filter and countour features).

The radio has a multicolor LCD display, and features a built-in high-speed automatic antenna tuner, built-in RS-232C port for computer control, built-in CW contest keyer, built-in high stability crystal oscillator, triple-conversion receiver design, bar graph S/PO meter, 99 memory channels, multiple scanning modes, and more. Yaesu’s Rotator Control function even allows direction and speed control their popular G-800DXA, G-1000DXA and G-2800DXA rotators-right from the front panel of the rig!

The radio is supplied with a hand microphone with up/down frequency controls and a fused DC power cord.
