Product Information

 

The Kenwood TM-281A is a compact 2m FM mobile transceiver, built to US MIL-STD 810 C/D/E/F/G. It has an amber LCD display and front panel controls. The radio has a high-quality front-mounted speaker, and features automatic repeater shift, 200 memory channels, 100 six-digit alphanumeric memory names, extended receive, multiple scanning modes, CTCSS & DCS tone encode/decode, weather alert mode, and more. The radio is supplied with a DC power cord, back-lit DTMF hand microphone with up and down frequency controls, and a mobile mounting bracket with hardware.
